I’m a social worker who deeply believes in the power of compassion and connection. My work has given me experience in assessments, crisis intervention, case management, and counseling, but what truly drives me is helping people navigate their challenges and grow. I use tools like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care because I want to meet people where they are and support them in moving forward at their own pace. My approach is grounded in strength-based collaboration—I believe that every person has the ability to make positive changes, and I’m here to help uncover and build on those strengths. It’s important to me to listen actively, communicate openly, and make sure everyone feels respected and heard. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel empowered to take control of their journey. Above all, I’m committed to treating everyone with empathy, respect, and the belief that they can thrive.
