About Jenny Bartipan

Experienced Clinical Instructor with a demonstrated history of working in acute care for several years. Skilled in Nursing Education, Critical Care Nursing, community Healthcare, as well as encompassing a keen interest and understanding of international healthcare. After years of exploring different avenues of healthcare, as well as other person centred occupations, I realised my passion and skill set lies within nursing education. I pride myself on gaining an intricate understanding of complex concepts, in order to explain these concepts to others in the simplest way possible. I operate this way in the hope I can contribute to the ever-changing world of healthcare by ensuring knowledge is as accessible as possible. This structure is motivated by the feeling that within our healthcare system, our communication could be greatly improved. We belong to the one industry where this should be our biggest strength, yet it’s somehow become our weakness. In saying that, I feel with the right education and positively altered behaviours, we can make it the powerful tool it should be, In order to strengthen every individual aspect of our healthcare system. Looking after the health of our healthcare workers is essential because frankly, without healthcare workers, there is no population/civilisation/economy to be a part of. The overall goal is to facilitate a fresh, supportive and exciting working environment for the next generation of healthcare workers to look forward to and thrive in.
