About Jens Nilsson

Over the past 20 years, I have developed a passion for leading client-facing teams. I cut my teeth in outside, business to business sales and was promoted to lead a geographically dispersed sales team as a Division Sales Manager for 8 years. In 2013, I found my true calling overseeing a team of Account Managers providing long-term, operational support for large, corporate clients. The day-to-day delivery of service and client satisfaction may receive less fanfare and attention than the initial sale, but it is where the true value is created for both customers and companies. The joy of leading team members to achieve true client success is second to none in business! My professional background sits at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Both fields are driven by innovation and creativity and require an agile and strategic approach to client service. I am also used to delivering solutions and services in an environment that is heavily regulated: adherence to data privacy and security requirements, compliance with HIPAA and other laws governing privacy were absolute requirements. Our clients included the federal government, as well as states and counties - calling for stringent adherence to all laws and regulations governing federal contractors.
