Hi! My name is Jerin Jose, a second-year Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) student at Wilfrid Laurier University’s Lazaridis School of Business & Economics. Just like how Jaden Smith famously stated,"let's talk about the economic state of the world right now". Let's do so! From sustainability to innovation, the challenges businesses face today demand more than conventional solutions. This belief has guided my journey so far, from contributing to ESG initiatives at MDA Space to proposing AI-driven customer experience enhancements at Scotiabank’s Canada’s Top Student Conference and participating in numerous case competitions. Each opportunity has reinforced my passion for uncovering insights, crafting strategies, and delivering results that make an impact. As a Corporate Associate with the Laurier Marketing Association, I’ve collaborated with industry professionals who work at Deloitte, McKinsey, EY etc to create meaningful partnerships that drive engagement and growth. At the same time, my role as a Donor Relations Associate at Wilfrid Laurier University has honed my interpersonal skills and taught me the value of building lasting relationships to support institutional goals. These experiences have shaped my ability to connect the dots between data, people, and strategy to create solutions that move the needle. Whether it’s analyzing ESG data, building a Gen Z-focused marketing strategy, or leading teams in high-pressure environments, I’m driven by the challenge of solving problems that matter. I’m actively pursuing opportunities in consulting, finance, and sales where I can apply these principles to deliver results that matter. I'm open to any opportunity where I will learn and grow!
