About Jerome Meyer

As the Project Development Manager at ACTED, I lead the humanitarian resource mobilisation and regional strategy response for the organization in South Sudan and Uganda, managing a portfolio of 15 projects across various sectors and contexts, amounting to $25 million USD. With over 4 years of experience in the humanitarian sector, I have developed core competencies in grant management, donor relations, coordination, advocacy, and working with diverse stakeholders and partners to deliver life-saving and sustainable interventions for vulnerable populations. I am passionate about understanding the world around me and contributing to its betterment by leveraging my background in international law and public relations, and my exposure to different cultures and languages. I have worked on three continents, visited over sixty countries and travelled through all seven continents, gaining valuable insights and perspectives on global issues and opportunities. Through all my experiences, I am seeking to further my skills as a humanitarian, a lawyer, and an advocate for cultural preservation.
