About Jerome Yeager

I am seeking opportunities to work in Player Personnel. My interest exists in player recruitment, scouting, evaluation, advisory, and support. I foresee myself operating as a liaison, between players and coaches or front office. Thus, managing things such as compliance, student services, strength & conditioning, travel, legal matters, public appearances, media coverage and new player orientation. My experience with sports derives from coaching high school sports, training athletes, and competing as a collegiate football player. I have directed and managed youth sports programs, as well as managed health clubs. In addition to sports and athletics, my management experience includes occupying as a Director of Operations for a Fashion Modeling Company, supervising in an accounting department of an Insurance company, and serving as a Food Service Manager in the United States Navy. I am a graduate of Dallas Baptist University (Dallas, TX), with a major in Kinesiology, concentration of Sports Performance. I attended Graduate School, obtaining a Master of Education, at The University of North Texas, where I also obtained a Texas Educator Certificate in Physical Education (Grades EC – 12).
