I hold several key certifications, including Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and Florida Department of Education certifications in School Psychology and Teaching. Throughout my career, I have contributed to the academic and emotional growth of students, driving measurable improvements through psychological assessments, evidence-based interventions, and close collaboration with educators, parents, and communities. Currently, as a School Psychologist with Duval County Public Schools, I actively engage in educational evaluations, consult with teachers and staff, and contribute to district-wide committees and leadership teams. I also mentor new psychologists and lead professional development initiatives. My previous experience includes working with Broward County Public Schools and Peters Elementary, where I implemented programs that significantly improved student performance and emotional well-being. In addition to my hands-on work in schools, I have also been an adjunct professor at Barry University, mentoring the next generation of school psychologists and delivering courses on child development, behavioral assessment, and diagnostic teaching. I hold a Specialist’s Degree in School Psychology from Barry University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida State University. As an active member of the Florida Association of School Psychology, National Association of School Psychologists, and Northeast Florida Association of School Psychology, I continue to stay informed on the latest research and best practices in the field. My passion for education and student well-being drives me to continually improve my skills and contribute to the broader school psychology community.
