About Jerry Busone

Jerry Busone is a retired Leadership Development Executive for ADP. I oversaw and facilitated a world wide Leader Development program. I currently have my own consulting called 'Off the Bench LLC" after my book. This venture will be speaking and facilitation, Leader and people workshops. The goals is to develop life skills for people to create better place at home and online through an Off the Bench. Experience. It’s also fills a higher purpose during my retired years. Getting people "Off the Bench" and on the field of life will help people with day to day conversations where they win or lose one conversation at a time. Jerry Joined ADP in 1990 as a DM in Los Angles and was promoted to Sales Executive in Ontario, California within 18 months. He was a VP of Sales for the Central Florida Region and then ran the new Hawaii office prior to moving into a role in New Hampshire and Massachusetts where he served as Sales Executive (Northern New England Region) for ADP TotalSource. He was as an Organizational Sales Development Consultant with ADP's Global Learning & Performance organization and a Leadership Learning Consultant before moving into his current role where he develops emerging, new and tenured Leaders World Wide. Prior to ADP Jerry had positions at Intuit and Converse where he held leadership positions. He also had the distinction of being a Women’s College Basketball coach at Old Dominion University, University Of Hawaii and UNLV where his teams are in the hall of fame there. Jerry had been associated with went to the national tournament 9 times with three trips to the final four and winning two national Championships.
