About Jesper Bardhamre

I’m Jesper and live in Stockholm, Sweden. With 15+ years of professional experience in the 3D-trade I’ve specialized in the creative parts of the craftsmanship. I’d like to see myself as a combination of a 3D-artist and an art director, which means that I not only strive to create high end 3D-art, but also put much effort into design and the overall theme in my assignments. For more than five years I’ve been employed at Goodbye Kansas Studios and my current title is Lead Environment Artist. I almost exclusively work with cinematics, since I like the creative aspects of those kinds of projects. In my role as a lead artist am I involved in asset production, artist supervision and art direction. Apart from being a 3D-artist I’m also a fairly skilled graphic designer and concept artist. During my time at Goodbye Kansas have I designed many 2D-”mascots” and packaging designs that are featured in our productions. Before I started at Goodbye Kansas I co-founded Upper First, an internationally acclaimed motion studio, with clients in both Sweden and abroad. Running Upper First provided the opportunity to do artist supervision, production management and creative direction. In short, I have a genuine understanding of the entire production process from client brief and previsualization to final compositing and master delivery.
