About Jess Mitchell

My Super Powers: Life Breather * Simplifier of Complexity * People Gatherer * Warrior Builder I've been an entrepreneur since 2009, learning how to be self-led every day, how to stay focused, find solutions, and learn from failure. I embrace and appreciate change, yet function on stable principles. Being a business owner has taught me how to relate to others, how to connect quickly, develop relationships and understand the needs of my client. In 2017, I began focusing on how to help others gain these skills and abilities for themselves. Not "duplicating myself", but understanding others on a deep level, valuing the differences in people, so that they can unlock and harness their gifts to thrive and succeed holistically. I'm an empowering leader, connector and builder of people & experiences with 16 years of professional experience across leadership, coaching team development, event coordinations and personal growth initiatives. Skilled at simplifying complexity, creating spaces where people thrive, bringing vision to life through strong communication, project management and heart-lead leadership. Known for inspiring confidence, driving momentum and leading with strategy, adaptability and care.
