I bring nearly five years of federal experience overseeing the full lifecycle of multimillion-dollar government grants and contracts, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and facilitating successful implementation in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. At USAID, I serve as a key liaison between technical, financial, and political teams—translating policy and development objectives into clearly defined, enforceable terms through federal grants and contracts. I lead pre-award planning, cost and technical analysis, negotiation, and post-award administration across a range of acquisition and assistance mechanisms. Known for my ability to manage competing priorities independently, I’m also a go-to resource for regulatory interpretation and collaborative problem-solving. My cross-sectoral experience spans government, human rights, international development, architecture, and community-based initiatives. Whether structuring a community-led grant program as a Peace Corps Volunteer or improving sustainability systems at a residential design firm, I’ve consistently been relied on to coordinate diverse teams, create efficient processes, and deliver accurate research and reporting under pressure. I also supported USAID’s LGBTQI+ policy development as a focal point for inclusive programming—contributing to the Agency’s first LGBTQI+ policy and its operational integration.
