As an astute coach, mentor, and team leader with the ability to manage athletes, and collaborate with coaches, students, and other academic staff, I revel in the challenges of accomplishing educational goals and enhancing student athletic performance. During my career, I have found opportunities to accomplish improvements in student-athlete performance, student learning outcomes, and athletic team outcomes. As a creative problem-solver, I have leveraged extensive professional knowledge to deliver improvement in institutional performance.
