Background

About Jesse Firster

I’m a Software Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of innovation and execution. With deep expertise in the software development life cycle, I’ve spearheaded projects like a $36 million enterprise accessions management solution, modernizing how critical systems operate. I led the charge to secure DoD-level approval, revolutionizing applicant background data collection with tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, and JIRA to streamline workflows and align teams. From Salesforce-driven roadmaps to agile sprints, I’m passionate about delivering solutions that scale, secure, and succeed. When I’m not optimizing backlogs or strategizing with stakeholders, you’ll find me [e.g, decoding sci-fi novels or perfecting my pour-over coffee]. Let’s connect—I’d love to explore how we can build something big together!
