I have always taken pride in a deeply-rooted "generalist mentality", which has led me on a journey that has included various roles with teams and organizations in elite level sport, authoring two books, and now a growing consultancy serving a diverse list of clients in both sports and business. My career has spanned over two decades in the sports industry, including working with organizations in the NBA, NFL, NCAA, and in private training sector. These experiences as a teammate and leader in professional sports, collegiate athletics, and in business have me uniquely positioned to provide multi-faceted service and guidance in successfully navigating today's challenging high performance environments. I am the founder and president of TruPro Systems LLC, a consulting company that focuses on comprehensive solutions in three key areas of human performance: emerging technologies, athlete testing and assessment, and sports performance services. I have also founded and developed the Balance The Bar initiative, providing continuing education resources, public speaking, workshops, and private coaching in interpersonal skill development for both teammates and organizational leaders.
