As a systems thinker using data-driven approaches, I lead and consult on business transformations to deliver impact. With significant experience in the social sector and nonprofits, I do this with a focus on: systems design, digital, decision support, customer success, service, as well as product, portfolio, program and project management. I've successfully delivered several multi-country projects and have designed and implemented processes and solutions in 80+ countries. I also love to get to outside and see the world.
