About Jesse Segers

I aim to develop mildness and wisdom in myself and others, and try to make this world a better place through (re)building institutes that are able to combine stability and openness, institutional and transcending values. I bridge the gap between theory & practice, strategy & operations, self & other serving behavior, head & hart with myself, others, and institutes. I believe that in doing so the world will become a truer, better and more beautiful place. I combine theoretical knowledge of leadership, with years of experience of serving in leadership positions in educational and consulting institutes, leading to some leadership wisdom. I dare to let go of all that I know to work in and with the reality of the client. I’m partner and director of Ginkgo Consulting, Belgium. I’m a Honorary Associate professor at the University of Exeter, and visiting professor in institutes in the USA, Canada, UK and the Netherlands. I'm a board member of ODNE, and I develop institutes and leaders as a leadership expert, advisor, board member, and executive coach.
