I am a versatile leader with extensive expertise in the field of Knowledge Management (KM). I love helping business leaders and my colleagues find the organizational experts and content (e.g, research, tools, templates, best practices) to help them deliver their work better and faster. I'm passionate about advancing the digital experience at organizations and using knowledge as a competitive advantage to drive business development and revenue growth, improve client and customer service delivery, support talent experience and development strategies and to unlock innovation. Within KM, some of my more recent experiences include implementing organizational KM strategies and processes, leading and managing KM programs and high-performing global teams, creating KM operating and governance models, championing knowledge sharing and collaboration platforms and products, driving a culture of knowledge sharing through awareness and adoption programs, building and measuring KM impact on an organization and exploring KM use cases for Generative AI. My work within the KM field has also given me a chance to build skill sets and interests in many areas such as program management, global team management, product management, project management, change management, process management, business relationship management, stakeholder management, communications, coaching / mentoring, employee well-being, organizational environmental sustainability and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. It has also solidified my desire to always strive to be a servant leader, have a growth mindset and to be a good steward of the opportunities provided to me.
