I've been on an incredible 24+ year journey in software development and leadership. It began with EPABX interfacing solutions and has evolved into a fulfilling career in the oil and gas industry. Currently, at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), I lead projects like the Hydrocarbon Maturation Project and Well Planning Tool, developing innovative software like ALFIKR and Well Delivery Management Software (WPT) to streamline processes and reducing processing time by 40%. A proud moment was creating ALFIKR, a frontend development tool that meets SHELL ORP standards and enhances opportunity realization processes, significantly improving workflow efficiency. At Fortune Technology Solutions, I also developed a task management system that increased team accountability by improving project transparency. Throughout my career, I've worked on diverse projects, from simplifying expatriate requests for Omani nationality applications to creating advanced accounting solutions. These experiences have taught me the power of technology in solving real-world problems, and I enjoy tackling complex challenges to make systems more efficient.
