About Jill Jackstien Angerbauer

With over 27 years of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, and development, I am currently the International Chief Development Officer at Orphanage Support Services Organization (OSSO), a global nonprofit organization that provides care and support for orphans and severely disabled youth around the world. I hold a Masters of Public Administration degree with a focus on organizational management, strategic partnerships and project management. I am passionate about improving the lives and well-being of the most vulnerable children and youth in Utah and throughout the world. In my current role, I focus on international staff and volunteer management, budgeting, fundraising, strategic global relationship building, grant writing, analytics, digital and print marketing, global development, board management and international program development. I have chaired and served on numerous boards in health and human services, children’s health, pain and palliative care, music education, homeless initiatives, oncology support services, low income healthcare, international children’s services, state nonprofit associations, and government advocacy alliances. Additionally, I have founded and managed a small business for the last 29 years. I believe that goodness exists everywhere in the world. If we teach children to value themselves, work toward more peaceful resolutions, and create the change they want to see in the world, we can make a difference. If we speak up for peace and global good, others will listen. One person can make a lasting impact on the world around them.
