Background

About Jill Kammerer

Graduate of Elmhurst University with a Bachelor's degree in both Digital Marketing and French Literature and Language. After graduation, I had the unique opportunity to teach English in France during the 2023-2024 school year. Working with elementary schools to teach english vocabulary and culture allowed me to be immersed in an entirely different culture and language, and learned to rise to meet challenges, both professionally and personally, and grew in confidence of my own ability to overcome obstacles. I am so grateful for this experience for the ways in which it allowed me to grow, and I bring back with me a renewed sense of belief in myself and new perspectives that I am eager to bring with me into my career, using my degree and experience in digital marketing. Building off my previous experience with the City of Elmhurst, where I spent a very productive year and a half learning and growing in the field of communciations, social media, and design, I hope to continue to find opportunities to learn and grow. I currently focusing on my skills in graphic design, content writing, and media strategy.
