She has obtained an MBA and is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Change. Her research is focused on the intersection of arts-based methods, leadership, feminism, and generational studies. Jillian is certified in PROSCI and Dare to Lead, and has a passion for ensuring people remain at the center of plans and strategies.
