Fifteen years’ experience in semiconductor test – sort and backend test production, product engineering, test engineering, test development, and process sustaining. Developed digital and mixed signal test programs, for various device types, on the following ATE(s): Teradyne A585, Catalyst, iFlex, J750 and Credence Quartet and LTX D10. Performing device characterization. Ten years’ experience in PCB Manufacturing / Process Engineering – PWB fabrication, new product introduction, product reliability, new product scale up, process controls, and introduction of new technologies into the production plants. Five years test engineering experience in board level and box/system test. Experienced in electronics and controls - circuit design, calibration, PLC programming and electro-mechanical design and troubleshooting. Strengths include project management, eliminating non value added labor, optimizing/improving processes, organizing, planning, and coordinating team efforts. Implementing statistical process control (SPC) for process optimization and control. Ability to perform and formulate Design of Experiments for problem solving techniques and process analysis.
