About Jim Gibson

With 14 years experience in the facility industry, I have learned every day is different, meaning I am always ready to bring my best. I constantly work on fostering an environment where respect and collaboration are paramount. With over 4.5 years at JLL, where I took over a team that wasn’t reaching the standards the client deserves, to being awarded EMEA team of the year 2 years later. I now oversee a brand new 14-story building, ensuring all facets of facility operations run smoothly. Our daily challenges include PPMs, KPIs, audits, health & safety, compliance, and budgeting. We've cultivated a workspace that not only meets but exceeds our staff's expectations, enabling them to take pride in their work. The team's problem-solving abilities and motivational ethos are key to our success. Managing a dedicated team of 5 facility members, 20 cleaning staff, and 4 engineers, we collectively achieve top results. Our commitment to excellence in facilities management is unwavering, as we continually adapt to the unexpected, ensuring operational integrity and financial prudence.
