Jim has over twenty years IT sector experience working for a wide range of organisations in senior management, program management, operational and consulting positions. The combination of Jim’s senior management and programme management experience along with his strong commercial and business acumen enables him to lead and oversee effective ICT teams and business transformations. Jim’s experience enables him to bridge the gap between IT solutions and the key business operational requirements to delivery business outcomes through the development of effective strategies and adoption of emerging technologies. Jim is self-motivated, highly organised and results driven. He possesses excellent leadership skills and enjoys a challenge. Over the past 3 years Jim has been supporting Edith Cowan University’s CIO in a major business/ICT transformation program as part of the “IT @ ECU for the Future” program.
