Working with a Dynamic team that provides Managed IT Services for Small and Medium Sized Businesses for the last 13 years. We manage from the keyboard to the firewall, everything in between, and beyond. Basic networks, mesh networks, one server or multiple servers, VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Scale Computing Clusters which we do as a team, so everyone learns together. Development, Migration, and Management of AWS and Azure Cloud based solutions. The goal is to integrate with the Customer then Listen, Learn, Evaluate, and Educate the client and ourselves on what their long-term goals are and how we can best help develop an IT Strategy, Policy, Procedures, and Processes to make us successful. Our belief is that you have to build an environment that, while there will always be tough times, most of the time the folks we work with and for like what they do, try to have fun at it, and enjoy interactions the mostt.
