About Jimena Rincon Meyer

I’m a motivated, self-driven project and grants manager with strong communication skills and experience in coordinating complex processes. I am good at bringing teams together and building lasting international partnerships, particularly in the fields of international development, humanitarian work, and human rights interventions. I've worked independently across all phases of project cycles and donor relations, while maintaining a collaborative approach. Throughout my career, I've developed valuable cultural sensitivity and intercultural communication skills. I was born and raised in Colombia, permanently based in Copenhagen since 2017. Experimental by nature, I enjoy trying/testing new ideas, experiences and points of view. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy bouldering, dancing and hiking. I have field experience in the following contexts: Colombia, Denmark, Ecuador, Brazil, Thailand, Morocco, Ghana, Uganda, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Georgia.
