I am an experienced and confident relationships manager, with strong communication skills. I have vast experience promoting programmes and activities to external clients and am able to effectively build relationships with key companies both corporate and community based. I am able to engage and manage volunteers to assist in the delivery of programme work. Key Achievements • Leading the work experience programme based within Hackney, Camden and Islington leading the Employer Engagement team to secure in excess of work experience placements per academic year. • Effectively managing a team of six employer engagement staff to deliver on the work experience programme for both Hackney, Camden and Islington. • Leading on employer engagement for the organisation which supports all programmes of work Inspire deliver. • Engaging an extensive portfolio of businesses in order to enrich work related learning programmes enabling the expansion and effective delivery of Inspire’s flagship programmes. Key relationships include UBS, HSBC, Freshfields, Linklaters, Salesforce and Natixis.
