About Jo Penney

I am currently managing the traffic and resources for New Word Order agency. I am previously a studio manager, project manager and account manager with a demonstrated history of working across local and global clients and high-level projects. I am skilled in managing and delivering overall campaigns which include strategic projects, content and messaging, plus digital, graphical and motion design solutions that align to brand guidelines. I have specialised skills in strategic and connected communication, driven by the power and process of storytelling and the role this plays in the education and celebration of indigenous culture and community. I’ve also enjoyed roles as a youth worker and NDIS support worker as I aim to combine my creative project skills with community and culture whilst enjoying community work with the Tibet Society, RSPCA, local LGBTI events and as a mentor for Feel the Magic organization which helps grieving children reconnect with the world through counselling and workshops.
