Some of my notable contributions entail: At Regis School Runda, as the Registrar, I spearheaded the digitization of student files by merging student’s information using MS Excel Templates and Google Worksheets increasing document traceability time by 40% and enhanced information confidentiality and security as the worksheets were password-protected. At Regis School Runda, as the Administrative Specialist, in liaison with the admissions, teaching, transport, and marketing departments, we developed SOPs that resulted in efficient and effective learning operations spearheading the growth of the school from 50 students to 1200. As the Administrative Coordinator at Foresight Academy, I assisted in the development of a remedial model that employed the four remedial teach strategies starting with Individualized Education Program (IEP), Peer Support Program, Reward Scheme, Handling Pupils' Language Acquisition Problems, and feedback to students, parents, and teachers improving the student's classroom engagements by 30% and overall performance by 54%. As an Investigative researcher at Truth Justice and Reconciliation Commission Kenya, through active listening and continuous engagement with the 1984 Nyayo House torture victims, I provided a comfortable environment for the victims to share their stories unveiling the horrifying ordeals. Their stories were published in the TJRC Volume 1 (2013) report and released to the public resulting in compensation of the victims, preservation of the Nyayo House Chambers as a historical monument, and healing to the victims.
