WHY? For 2 reasons mainly… Life is short and we spend an inordinate amount of time at work: hours in a lifetime which is approximately a third of our lives. It seems insane to me to spend that precious time doing a job that is boring, devoid of meaning or worse, soul-destroying. In our modern world, we will have to work longer and manage periods when we are employed, unemployed and self-employed. Thus, it is essential to adopt a continuous learning mindset and have a proactive approach to career management. As as a coach, I can help you define meaningful career objectives, navigate career transitions and rise to ambitious professional challenges. Countless pieces of research support the premise that a diverse workforce improves an employees’ productivity, increases innovation and favours resilience. However, welcoming diversity into one’s organisation does not to suffice. In order for employees to bring their whole selves to work and thus participate fully, organisations must foster an inclusive work environment where individuals enjoy a sense of belonging, believe their contributions are valued and where they feel safe. I'm convinced that fostering diversity and promoting inclusive practices doesn't have to be difficult or complicated. But it does take time. As a coach, I can help you get there faster.
