I am a dispute resolution service professional that excels at selling the expertise of mediators. Civil and Commercial mediators are at the centre of the business I inhabit. I add value to the professional Mediation Services that mediators provide by helping them differentiate and position themselves as a trusted authority in mediation. Collaborating with the mediators on the IPOS panel I help to expand our mutual networks to generate more leads and business. I know that the dispute resolution sector never stands still. So, as well as honing my skills in mediation case management and consultation over the years, I make it a priority to my personal development to be constantly learning. I like to get actively involved in developments in the industry, legislation, digital technologies and education linked to mediation and other forms of transformative dispute resolution. The role of Practice Director at IPOS Mediation LLP involves a wide range of management and administration responsibilities, within the Mediation chambers. The overriding aim is to ensure the smooth day to day running of the mediation case administration office. The role is supervised by the Managing Partner and has supervisory responsibilities for Accounts Administrators and Case Managers. Key responsibilities span several areas and include: Financial and Accounting management; office management; Human Resource management and Payroll management and Mediation Case Management and Operations. The latter encompasses client relationship management; sales, negotiation and case acquisition.
