I have achieved many professional successes throughout my career such as implementing a Student Learning Centre, achieving IIP Gold level to leading a team through a complex and fast paced Organisation merger. I believe to be a successful leader within todays Human Resources environments, you have to show your passion, compassion and commitment to the people around you, whilst embracing opportunities and change.
