About Jodee Elliot

At Perspectives, I'm responsible for leading a team of 15 licensed clinicians whose primary role is to provide short-term/EAP counseling services; consultation to organizational liaisons; and comprehensive case management. This includes case management of impaired professionals who carry a license in the state of Illinois. With several years of experience directly working with medical (and nursing) students and or professionals, I handle the coordination of wellness check-ins for residents working for one of our health care partner’s system. I am responsible for the clinical supervision of our Access Center Counseling staff, our EAP Counseling Staff, and the clinical team members in our private practice group who are student interns working on completing clinical hours or those working towards licensure for either LCPC or LMFT. I hold weekly group supervision/consultation which includes members from all teams, at all experience levels. I also plan and coordinate trainings and CEUs, overseeing the development of all counseling staff.
