About Jody Jackson

Ever since I was a young girl I loved to learn and soon became curious about human potential, so it is no surprise that my educational, professional and personal development has centered around the understanding of the whole being – body, mind, emotions and spirit. As a result of the last 30 years in coaching, I have come to understand that quality performance in sport and life is built from the inside out and encompasses the entire human being. So, I aim to facilitate the unification of my clients body and mind while enlisting their spirit or drive, to reach new heights. Presently, I am best described as a Performance Coach, Agent for Mindfulness and Game Changer who supports people in tapping into their innate potential and achieving their personal best. My absolute passion is being a coach or guide to greater enjoyment and improved performance. Are you up for becoming your own best coach once and for all? Are you ready to find your flow and better your best?I invite you to join me and I will guide you there.
