I have developed strong professional relationships with internal teams and clients by anticipating needs and collaborating with key functions including in both manufacturing and software development environments to deliver product on schedule.As an Account Manager at Faria Education Group, I am responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients in the education sector, using my expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) and SaaS to identify churn risks and develop crossteam mitigation strategies. I have developed skills in identifying new opportunities, fostering and maintaining relationships, and using a consultative approach to problem solving client pain points.
