I am currently the Internal Service Delivery Team Leader at Checkit. My responsibilities include technical oversight of operations technicians responsible for web build configuration, system validation, and functional testing of critical medical monitoring equipment. My role ensures all deployed systems meet defined performance criteria, regulatory standards, and operational requirements to support continuous, reliable monitoring in clinical environments.I have practical experience delivering UKAS-accredited calibration of critical medical monitoring devices, with a strong working knowledge of traceability, tolerance analysis, compliance and continuous improvement to our ISO-17025 accredited procedures. I have completed the UKAS Introduction to Measurement Uncertainty course, enabling informed assessment of measurement confidence, risk, and system accuracy within regulated healthcare applications.My technical skill set and prior experience in field service engineering, includes the installation, commissioning, and validation of temperature monitoring systems, ensuring correct sensor placement, system configuration, and data integrity across monitored environments. I routinely support fault investigation, corrective actions, and process improvements to maintain system performance and compliance.I am also an experienced recruiter and have hired numerous roles across our Service and Delivery team, from field service engineering to administrative roles. I hold an SPA Passport and am experienced in working safely within controlled, operational, and high-risk environments. I bring a structured, standards-driven approach to service delivery, with a focus on quality assurance, technical leadership, and continuous improvement in life-critical monitoring systems.
