About Joel Frizzell

I have always had and always will have the desire to become better at anything I try to do. From office work to weight lifting, I am always seeking ways to improve my abilities. While I understand the value of being content and enjoying the fruits of my labor, I also despise stagnation because it leads to a regression in my ability. I want to remain sharp and proficient in my work while also steadily increasing my knowledge in a way that is beneficial both to myself and to the people on my team. I appreciate the value of communication as I have several experiences where poor communication has led to both personal and professional strife. Ensuring that such failures of communication do not occur is my main goal when engaging with both friends and coworkers. Of all the ways that failure may occur in a workplace, I refuse to let it be caused by lazy communication (or laziness in general) on my part. I will always give my 100% because that is something I know I always have.
