About Joel Jeffries

Hello, I'm Joel Jeffries. I’m a team player, good listener, and quick learner in anything I do. I graduated in 2012 from Eastern Washington University with a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Marketing covers a broad spectrum of business and that's what drew me to it. I worked in insurance as a Liability Adjuster for four years and a Bodily Injury Adjuster for three years. I’ve been on both sides of fault in auto claims and know from experience the difficulty of the process and how important claim communication is between insurer and insured. I believe technology will greatly help the Customer Experience of the auto claims process and believe the service will help customer renewals/retentions. I also have an interest in mental health in business along with music therapy. I feel like mental health is important for not only a work career but outside of employment as well. With my skills, leadership abilities and various interests, I feel like I can be a great asset to a company and will bring a great mindset into a community.
