Currently I am working as a Director of Government Relations and Legal Compliance of World Vision Bangladesh and worked with German Red Cross Care Bangladesh Finnish Free Foreign Mission in Bangladesh and HEED Bangladesh 14 years Experience on Finance & Admin including procurement, Logistic/Asset Management, Vehicle and HR related work. 8 years Experiences on Program/Project. 14 years experiences on Government Relations, Legal Compliance/support and Security. Educational Qualification: B. Com, LLB, ITP, MSS- Government & Politics, MBA (HRM). Working experiences: Liaison and networking with the government - NGO Affairs Bureau, Several Ministries, DC/UNO office, Civil Surgeon and other relevant Govt. Depts. e.g. SB, NSI, DGFI, DoFP, DDM and National Board of Revenue (NBR), VISA offices, immigration, etc. organization. Leading to prepare Project Proposal and obtain approval of FD-6, FD7 and FC1 Fund released FD2 and all prescribed format (FD1 to FD9) I am a Team member of country strategy development team, Member of the Central Procurement /Supply Chain Committee, Member of Crisis/Risk Management Team, Partnership management team (Partners assessment / Due diligence check, monitoring, compliance and capacity strengthening), focal point (CAMALCO) for Bangladesh Bank and member of Grant Acquisition Management team, Central Gender committee, National Disaster Management Team of World Vision Bangladesh. Leading and oversee Government Relations and Legal Department and its functions including determining objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal control with ensuring all legal compliance. Providing legal advice to management to ensure that decisions taken are legally to overcome of organizational future risk and smooth running of the organization. Supporting to legal disputes & litigation, coordinating with external audience/stakeholder and Lawyers, assisting in drafting of petitions, suits, Land Mutation/Records, Miss-case, Property transfer as sale & purchase, appearing in the courts on behalf of the organization and undertaking the strategy aspects of litigation. Expert on Finance, prepare statement (Receive & Payment, Income & expenditure and Balance sheet), bank reconciliation, Audits, budget, IGA Program auditing and Reports-monthly, quarterly and yearly) And expert on Vat & Tax issue and law. Expert to developed strategy guideline, several policies/guidelines. Ensuring Partner Assessment and monitoring, Prepare, Review and vetting deed of Agreements, MoU. Supporting Localization process.
