With over 20 years of experience in the language services industry, I am a seasoned manager, translator, and African language solutions specialist. I lead operations and drive strategic initiatives at Folio Online and Folio InterTel, two of Africa's most reputable language service providers, delivering impactful solutions for some of the world's largest brands and organisations. I am the Founder of the Association of Language Companies in Africa (ALCA), the continent's first umbrella organisation for the localisation industry, created to unite and empower African language service providers. Recognised as a 2025 Language Industry Influencer in MultiLingual magazine, my contributions to shaping the field and driving meaningful industry dialogue are highlighted. Passionate about technology's role in language services, I drive innovation through cutting-edge solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability. I also contribute actively to global and African localisation communities as a member, speaker, and organiser for international industry associations and initiatives, sharing insights on emerging trends and advocating for ethical best practices.
