In 2012 I started working at Smartpresence where we focused on customer satisfaction and added to the customer experience by wrapping UC with enhanced AV solutions to deliver a high quality, durable bespoke solutions. Some of these services we offered further extended to a Managed service model where we would run & maintain the solution, on behalf of the customer to ensure a “always ON and ready” technology experience. As a Polycom Certified Video Engineer (PCVE) with Cisco networking experience, I am able support UC Solutions and the surrounding technology. In my free time I am a keen motorcyclist who enjoys anytime on 2 wheels. That time does get shared with my wife & daughter enjoying the outdoor life including Mountain biking and tramping.
