Hi! I’m a user-centered researcher at "RISE Design for all", where I work to ensure the best outcomes for users in research projects and direct assignments. I specialize in research efforts to map out the real needs of users, clients, or consumers, and make sure that design decisions reflect their experiences. I design and facilitate workshops together with stakeholders and users. The results can, for example, guide teams in analyzing and generating ideas from user data and insights. As a usability expert, I’m responsible for the test process at the RISE UX Lab, where I plan and conduct tests to improve product design. Many of the products we’ve tested have gone on to win Red Dot and iF Design Awards. Previously, I worked as a service designer and hold a M.Sc in design and product development from Linköping University, with a focus on service design, UX, and user-centered product development.
