About Johan Winbladh

Since I have driven digital projects, innovation and transformation programs in large public and private corporations and agencies, with start-ups and internationally. I lead IT development and capability-driven enterprise change in the intersection between business, technology and organization. My passion is to drive change programs and develop capabilities and innovative solutions. I believe competitive advantage and a creative culture comes from collaboration and relations. I really enjoy working across organizations, creating transparent overview of projects and help business adapt new opportunities! Currently I am programmanager at Danish Tax Authority, managing a transformation program with 5 current tracks consisting of; developing and implementing data governance across the entire organization, developing architecture and establishing dataplatform, introducing agile methodologies and upgrading IT operational capabilities. I have a MBA and a number of certifications MSP (managing Successful Programmes), Prince2, SAFe Agilist, Scrummaster and Lean manager.
