I am a high energy individual who enjoys motivating and equipping individuals to achieve their goals. I have been able to make a lasting impact in every leadership position held beginning with the Dwyer Group company in 1992 where I provided strategic planning, managed the new franchisee selection process, and trained franchisees in management, developing 7 sales VPs who in turn managed franchisees, propelling it to continued growth so today it has become a global leader in service franchising. From the Dwyer Group, I was recruited to lead a financial advisory firm, Honkamp-Krueger Financial Services, building a team that grew the business to $800M annual revenues, setting the stage for growth to nearly $2B in assets today. At Honkamp-Krueger, Profiles International assessment tools were so effective in helping me hire and develop a successful team that I welcomed the opportunity to join the Profiles leadership team in 2002 as the Chief Sales Officer. At Profiles, I have had the privilege of developing strategies and the team that became the company's largest revenue generator, the Strategic Business Partners (SBP) organization. During my tenure, I also managed 17 Client Service Executives in the management of North American clients. My most recent contributions have centered on: • Creating and delivering programs for high performing channel partners:(1) 3 year Million Dollar Group program:"Building a business that can thrive without you";(2) Consultants, Trainers, Coaches – to grow their practices; and (3) nine SVPs who managed sales activities of 600 SBPs. • Developing and delivering training events to improve performance in strategic account management and B2B consultative sales, including: Webcasts; Field Training Meetings; Boot Camps for new SBPs; Annual World Conferences; more than weekly training sessions for up to 500 participants; and training programs of 90 days to 3 years in duration.
