About John Burg

I am a results-driven senior manager and director of international projects with with over 25 years of cross-cultural and multi-sectoral experience, spanning 22 countries across six global regions. I lead with empathy and achieve objectives by leveraging design and systems thinking, human-centered design, and change management. I am passionate and dedicated to collaboratively achieving improved outcomes in a shared-success paradigm. I think outside the box with critical thinking for creative problem solving. I lead the development of new solutions co-created among collaborative teams. My primary management style is "service leadership" but am flexible based on the challenges at hand. I have been a director, manager, negotiator, implementer, designer, mentor, trusted ally, facilitator, capacity builder, and friend.
