I persist in being an optimistic and motivational trusted advisor along the challenging path of change. I have worked for over two decades as a communication coach and corporate trainer. In these roles, I help individuals to participate effectively in international settings, carrying out an ever-expanding variety of roles. I take pride in providing world-class customer service and being a profitable asset to my organization. Previously, I was a sales executive for Student Loan Services, a student loan consulting company. In this role, I discussed the intricacies of managing customers’ Federal Student Loans and explored consolidation, forgiveness programs, and payment options that helped customers meet their financial goals. I have also managed the marketing department for G&G Closed Circuit Events. During my tenure, we were fortunate enough to offer some of the most successful pay-per-view boxing matches of all time. I liked working on Mayweather-Pacquiao. For this event, I created automated marketing campaigns and ran our virtual call center that generated $3 million in revenue during a two-week time period. I am passionate about helping people get more from our interaction than they expected. I am also enthusiastic about providing top-flight customer service.
