Retired after serving 33 years as a Law Enforcement Officer in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. I qualified members on the revolver, pistol, shotgun and rifle. Managed teams of instructors for the (SARP), Tactical Equipment Instructor, Self Defense Instructor. Customs and Excise unit, takedowns, surveillance, preparing court briefs and collaborating with the crown. Bodyguard to former PMs and foreign dignitaries, preparing emergency escape routes, preparing and driving in motorcades, coordinating with various law enforcement agencies, and collaborating with international intelligence units. NCO I/C of the Police Partner Agencies within CCAPS. Responsible and overseeing Canadian law enforcement agencies adopting PROS as their RMS. My career ended while working in the International Deployment Services Unit. Managing members in International Deployments namely in Iraq and Ukraine, management of RCMP Liaison Officers posted to Canadian Embassies, and selecting members for International Peace Keeping missions (Haiti). Collaborating with the UN and SAAT training. SME in security, and in managing multi-disciplinary units and teams.
