About John Grace

With over eight years of diverse experience across healthcare, outdoor safety, and management roles, I bring a strong foundation in public safety, risk management, and program administration. Most recently, I served as the General Manager for Camping and Program Director for Outdoor Adventure at Scouting America New Hampshire until February 2026, where I was dedicated to ensuring operational excellence, program innovation, and safety across camping properties. I am passionate about creating exceptional outdoor experiences and committed to fostering safe and engaging environments for families and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Scouting America, I oversaw maintenance, safety protocols, and program management for multiple camping properties. My contributions included directing day-to-day administration, enhancing safety standards, and leading the planning and execution of summer and year-round adventure programs. This role allowed me to apply my knowledge in public safety and outdoor emergency care, ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants while aligning with the organization’s mission of outdoor education and community engagement.
