TGOG has begun and intends to acquire and develop barrels of oil equivalent (boe/d) shallow well production per day in long standing production areas throughout Texas. The Company is acquiring marginal (“stripper well”) leases and interests for existing producing and shut in wells which typically have had deferred or no maintenance. Previously served as the CFO of Texas Gulf Energy, Inc. where after a six month corporate finance consulting assignment I accepted the full-time position with TXGE to help stabilize the company and assist with future expansion into additional construction services and oil and gas well servicing. Over fifteen years mergers and acquisition advisory experience on both the buy and sell side. Additional experience in recapitalizations and management leveraged buy-outs with a focus on closely held companies valued between $10 and $150 million.
