John is the Founder of T2Partners LLC, a firm that enhances the effectiveness of leaders to create an environment that enables individuals and teams to accelerate high performance. John is an effective coach, catalyst, and facilitator working with leaders at all levels, with a passion for tapping human potential, energy, and effectiveness. Effective at co-creating solutions that meet the needs and aspirations of leaders, teams, organizations, and communities. A force in Organizational Effectiveness and Transformation adept at assessing culture and the relationship between the culture and performance outcomes. Simple models and tools serve to align an inspired vision, shared purpose, business objectives and positive, measurable impact. With a significant need for more and improved leadership in the world John finds his work meaningful and relevant. Specialties: • Purpose-driven leadership coaching for individuals with a need to influence and inspire others. • Creation and facilitation of coaching platforms providing real-time application coaching to ensure the transfer of knowledge to application enabling development. • Strategy development for small to mid-sized organizations, integrating purpose and business outcomes to ensure a thriving organization. • Working with individuals navigating challenging transitions by focusing on re-thinking what they have to offer. John’s commitment to his work in driven by a belief that enabling leaders improves our world, that crystallized with the birth of his first grandchild, Archie. The joyful event was met with many compelling questions including, “What will the world be like when Archie is an adult?”, “What can he do to influence a positive future for Archie and his generation?”. John defines his roles as that of a catalyst; someone who is adept at helping people (and groups of people) understand where they are today, where they need or want to be, and then finding the motivation to change. He attributes his success to being a pragmatic leader, having led teams as large as 400, with many successes and even failure. Each of the failures provided an opportunity to learn and develop. Having this experience enable John to provide perspective and context, business insight, and specific strategies and tools to empower clients to craft and activate their purpose and visions, all towards accelerated high performance.
